Ingredients list for the frozen coconut lemonade
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4 or 5 lemons)
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or equivalent alternative sweetener
- 2 ½ cups ice cubes

Directions
1. To prepare the frozen coconut lemonade: Add the lemon juice, sweetener of choice, coconut milk and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture gets slushy.
3. Taste and add more ice or sweetener to reach your desired consistency.
4.Divide thefrozen coconut lemonadeinto glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
