Stolen Cancer Pills Returned ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Twenty-one radioactive capsules taken from the Methodist Hospital of Southern Cali-fornia here last week have been returned by mail, officials say. The capsules are used in the treatment of thyroid cancer. Officials had promised that if the capsules were returned unopened, there would be no questions asked. They theorize the capsules were taken by someone who thought they were some type of narcotic.
