It seems like every few days I’m writing the same comment on Facebook about the same two products I use in our home for natural pain relief and anxiety relief.
So I figured I’ll write a whole blog post because apparently so many people need help with pain or stress relief, and I like to suggest homeopathic solutions instead of having you swallow pills.
These two products work, and I have used them for our family for years. I also literally stock up on them in bulk, because I give them away so much to family members and friends.

Natural Pain Relief and Anxiety Relief Products I Love
Natural Pain Relief That Works
I’m all for natural pain management whenever possible. For any bruising or pain relief, I recommend arnica geland pellets.
I use Boiron Arnicare Gel and don’t leave the house without it on any trip we take. It comes in handy so often!
Arnicare helps to relieve muscle pain and stiffness and reduces pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.
Arnica works best when applied at the first sign of pain.
I bruise very easily and get discolored bruises that take a long time to go away, so whenever I hurt myself, I apply arnica gel right away and it really helps with the bruise either not developing or not getting big.
When I wake up in the morning with my back hurting, I just apply arnica gel and am good to go.
If Landon complains about growing pains in his legs, then arnica gel helps to relieve that pain.
If you had a fall or a really intense workout where you know you’re going to hurt the next day: use Boiron Arnica Montana 30C Pellets.
The pellets temporarily relieve muscle pain, stiffness, swelling from injuries, and discoloration from bruising. They are little sugar pills that you just dissolve on your tongue.
They will help for the pain to not even develop or will really lessen the pain, and then you can use the gel in addition topically as needed.
Natural Anxiety and Stress Relief Product That Works
We all get stressed out sometimes, and many people deal with debilitating anxiety and stress that has a hold on them.
Here is my go-to remedy to deal with anxiety and stress: Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles.
Rescue comes in many convenient forms, but the pastilles are my favorite:

- RESCUE Pearls
- RESCUE Gum
- RESCUE Drops
These are little chewy pastilles that taste kind of like a hard gummy bear, and they work! This five-flower remedy was developed by Dr. Edward Bach more than 80 years ago to help you stress less and stay in control.
Bach Rescue products are safe for the whole family, including children. Perfect for traveling or to keep in your purse or desk for when a stressful situation arises. Not suitable for animals.
This homeopathic remedy is sugar-free, alcohol free, and has natural flavoring. The Bach Rescue Remedy drops might include alcohol. May contain traces of gluten.
I have them at home and in my car — seriously, stock up on these.
Whenever I feel anxious, am stressed because of a deadline or afraid I can’t fall asleep right away — Bach Rescue Pastilles help me.
They help Landon not to worry about going to the dentist, or he can take it before his violin concert if he’s anxious.
