I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, the staff is always willing to help, and will ask you if you need assistance wrather than having to look for someone or using some electronic device that lets the whole store know that you need help.

I enjoy coming here to shop for products. My husband and I had a great experience buying our Maytag washer/dryer set. Our associate was helpful. However-- The wood dust was difficult to breathe in. Allergies were very much irritated.

We had a awesome experience while trying to decide on which dishwasher that we wanted. Betty was awesome, kind, friendly & helpful & not pushy. Betty told us about the sales on some of the dishwashers but that isn't what we wanted so she said then lets look to see what you would like to have. When we did decide on which one, the Betty went to her computer to see if there was any in stock but there wasn't. But she said that she could order it for us. So that is what she did & told us when the dishwasher would be delivered to our home. We like it when employees are friendly & try to help you with what you want to buy, not with what they think that you need to buy. We felt comfortable with Betty helping us. When we left the store we were happy with our choice & with the experience that we had & Betty made it easy too!!!!

When you enter the San Angelo TX store all employees are smiling. Alex and his team do a great Job. The Pro Desk lead by Vicky is exceptional. Bernice and Jessi are always going over and beyond for customer satisfaction. My favorite clerk/receptionist Vicki is always enthusiastic.

Your store is always with out help no employees to make sure customer is taken care of, cutting hrs. They say. Can't afford any over time, my girl friend was working there a they cut her hrs. To 5 hrs. A wk poor management at that store. Nobody smiles ,everyone angry. It terrible.

The customer service in this store has decreased tremendously over the past several months. The employee knowledge of products, locations and availability are with a couple exceptions non-existent . The focus seems to be only on the oil industry and how much money the store can profit and they have moved away from caring for the normal day to day customer and their needs. The attitude of most of the managers is nonchalant and non-caring and the employees who a year ago were heavily dedicated to customer care are now there for a paycheck and nothing else. The store is void of many products and is unkempt and messy. I will no longer shop here and will drive wherever I need to avoid spending any money in a store who could care less about my business.

Great experience. We needed things and were able to find them. When we couldnt there was an associate around every corner. Everyone was very friendly. The person who checked us out was very friendly and fast.We will continue to shop at our Home Depot in San Angelo Texas.

from the time you walk in the store, you are well greeted, asked if they can be of assistance, show you to the exact bin where your item is stocked, and before you walk out , they ask that you come back again soon! I like that!

I recently purchased windows that were marked down and when I first asked about them, I was told ...

I recently purchased windows that were marked down and when I first asked about them, I was told by the supervisor, Austin, that they were canceled order that was shipped anyway. When I decided to buy 10 of them and make them work for my application ,I asked for the best discount available and was told by employee Bob after he went to the supervisor, that the windows were just recently returned and I could only get another 10 percent discount. I went ahead and bought them, but when I unwrapped them they were not in the original wrapping and the screens were missing. I went into the store to see if maybe they had been misplaced and was told by Austin that they were probably in the back of the contractor's truck and no good anymore. As he knew the contractor by name without looking it up, I asked him to call and just ask if maybe the screens might still be around and usable, and he said he couldn't do that. That is when I realized that Austin probably ordered the windows and allowed them to be returned back to the store without screens, and told me that they were windows that had been ordered wrong, canceled, and shipped anyway. All the while, both times I have dealt with him he has been unfriendly and unhelpful and untruthful.
